Directions

Run lime wedge around the outer rims of 2 rocks glasses and dip rims in salt. Set aside. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds (the bottom of a metal shaker should frost over). Fill glasses with fresh ice and strain margarita into both glasses. Garnish with lime wheels and serve.*

Simply mix the tequila, grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a pitcher. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve or keep it on ice on the buffet table. Pour the desired amount of the tequila/juice combination in a champagne flute and top with chilled sparkling wine. Add a fun garnish (fresh herbs or fruit are great options. Ingredients

1 ounce of tequila ¾ ounce simple syrup 2 ounces grapefruit juice 3 ounces dry white sparkling wine

Directions

Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of salt. Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and agave nectar into the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Adjust sweetness to taste. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.*

In a large cocktail shaker, muddle blackberry, sage, & sugar. Add tequila, grapefruit juice & crushed ice. 2 oz. tequila 1 oz. grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) 3 large blackberries 8 sage leaves 2 cane sugar cubes

Ingredients

1.5 oz of tequila .5 oz white vermouth 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters 1 grapefruit twist

Blend together first 3 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour over glass filled with crushed ice. Add the sparkling orange juice and top off with club soda. Stir. Garnish with grilled pineapple slice.*

½ cup grilled pineapple 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp honey 2 tbsp. sparkling orange juice club soda

For the grilled pineapple

In a small bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and cinnamon and whisk to blend. Set aside. Remove the husk from the pineapple and slice into 1-inch thick rings, and place on a preheated grill. Baste slices with marinade while cooking. Cook 4-5 minutes each side until nicely caramelized. Transfer the pineapple to a bowl and place in the fridge until cold.

Lavender Simple Syrup: Combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tbsp dried lavender to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat. Let mixture cool in the pan and then strain out the lavender.*
